In the rare instance that you receive an item with an imperfection or fault that you wish to discuss with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
So we can help resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible, could you please send an email to our team at info@hollandscountryclothing.co.uk with a full description of the fault/problem encountered.
We will also need the following images to proceed with any warranty claim:
• Full image of the item
• Close up of the fault/problem
• Both sides of the inner care label (clothing)
• Soles (footwear)
If the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing fault, we would be happy to offer either a refund or replacement for the item. Please just let our team know your preference.
Please note, If you have had the item for a long period of time, we may suggest a repair service and/or in some circumstances the issue may be deemed fair wear and tear by the supplier so a refund or replacement may not be offered.
