If you have a tracking number provided by Royal Mail and this shows that the parcel has arrived with us, you will receive a notification to confirm the refund or exchange shortly.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 1-2 working days of receiving them, but during peak times this could take up to 5 working days to process.
If you have still not received a notification after this period, please let us know so we can investigate this.
